Nothing displayed, written, described, referenced, linked to, or otherwise communicated on the PEPTIQ Performance ltd. website is intended for human use or intended to promote, recommend, instruct, encourage, or suggest the use of any PEPTIQ Performance ltd. research product in or on humans.

4. PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITY

6. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY UNAUTHORIZED USE, MISUSE, HUMAN CONSUMPTION, HUMAN ADMINISTRATION, OR OTHER USE OF PEPTIQ PERFORMANCE LTD. RESEARCH PRODUCTS CONTRARY TO THEIR DESIGNATED RESEARCH-ONLY PURPOSE MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, PERMANENT DISABILITY, OR DEATH. I KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME SUCH RISKS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, I RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS PEPTIQ PERFORMANCE LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES FROM CLAIMS ARISING FROM MY UNAUTHORIZED USE, MISUSE, HUMAN CONSUMPTION, HUMAN ADMINISTRATION, IMPROPER STORAGE, HANDLING, OR OTHER USE OF THE PRODUCTS CONTRARY TO THEIR DESIGNATED RESEARCH-ONLY PURPOSE, INCLUDING CLAIMS INVOLVING BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, OR DEATH, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

You voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks arising from any improper, unauthorized, unintended, unlawful, or otherwise prohibited use, handling, possession, storage, administration, ingestion, or injection of a PEPTIQ Performance ltd. research product, including risks of serious bodily injury, illness, permanent disability, adverse reaction, and death.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release and hold harmless PEPTIQ Performance ltd. and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and representatives from claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or relating to your improper, unauthorized, unintended, or unlawful handling or use of a PEPTIQ Performance ltd. research product, including claims relating to injury, illness, disability, or death resulting from use contrary to the product’s stated research designation, warnings, instructions, or applicable law.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. NO MEDICAL REPRESENTATIONS

You acknowledge that PEPTIQ Performance ltd. has not represented that any research product is safe or effective for human or veterinary use.

Information appearing on the PEPTIQ Performance ltd. website, packaging, documentation, social media, or other materials is provided for general informational or research-related purposes and should not be interpreted as medical advice or authorization for human or veterinary use.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PEPTIQ Performance ltd. and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable legal expenses resulting from your unlawful, unauthorized, negligent, or intentional misuse of a PEPTIQ Performance ltd. product or your material breach of this Agreement.

9. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND INFORMED CONSENT

You understand that nothing on the PEPTIQ Performance ltd. website is intended to recommend, encourage, instruct, or suggest human use.
You understand that PEPTIQ Performance ltd. research products are not intended for human or veterinary administration, injection, or ingestion.
You accept responsibility for complying with applicable laws and regulations.
You understand and voluntarily assume the risks associated with handling research compounds.
You agree to the release, limitation of liability, indemnification, and other terms above to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
You are entering into this Agreement voluntarily.

10. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE

You agree that checking the acceptance box and completing your order constitutes your electronic acceptance of this Agreement and is intended to have the same contractual effect as accepting an agreement in writing, subject to applicable law.

11. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
